Cancellation Policy
Central Mass Ski Group understands that cancellation of a product will happen at times. There will be a full refund with 30 days notice for weekend trips. Less than 30 days, a full refund less any out of pocket cost to the Central Mass Ski Group. Changes from bus to drive-yourself with less than 30 days, notice will result in the assessment of the cost of the bus seats. We will always make every effort to minimize losses to Central Mass Ski Group members.
At times, a member will need to ask for a refund to Central Mass Ski Group in the case of day trip no shows. If the case should arise that you need a refund, send an email to refund@skicmsg.com. Follow the instructions on the website and fill in the form. Ask for a no show refund no later than two days after the trip. See the website page for processing fee incurred on cancelled orders.
